The Difference You Make:The Director, Business Banking Relationship play a vital role in Santander banking experience by acquiring, retaining and expanding banking relationships of both the business and consumer clients. Maintains an in- depth knowledge of products and services as well as knowledge of competitors and competitive products.
- Develops, advises, manages and retains client relationships.
- Business development of new commercial client relationships.
- Develop internal relationships in order to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients from all areas of the bank.
- Advises clients on financial solutions and strategies.
- Be aware of banking industry and industry specific trends.
- Handle customer service issues by conducting research, taking ownership and following up with on a daily basis as necessary until conclusion.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent field. - Required.
- 12+ Years Business Banking Relationship Manager role and/or related Business lending experience. - Required.
- Engage in community relationships and activities for business development .
- In-depth knowledge of banks, credit and deposit products.
- Ability to understand and interpret financial statements and cash flow analysis.
- Superior analytical, consulting and negotiating skills.
- Recognizes cross-sell and revenue generating opportunities .
- Ability to manage existing portfolio.
- Excellent communication, presentation and reasoning skills.
- Knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations, and other Bank operational policies.
- Ability to coach and mentor other team members.

- Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
- Experience in Microsoft Office products.
What Else You Need To Know:
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

$108,750.00 USDMaximum:
$180,000.00 USDRisk Culture:
