The Difference You Make:
The Specialist, Dealer Quality is responsible for documenting and reviewing active Dealer Partners data adhering to all Company policies, standard operating procedures, and industry best practices to produce/ensure valid and reliable data and reporting for the department.
- Documents and reviews active Dealer Partners data to ensure valid and reliable data records.
- Follows all standard operating procedures, guidelines, and best practices to produce valid and reliable quality data for the department.
- Initiates telephone calls as necessary to complete reviews and clarify any inconsistencies or possible inaccuracies in data.
- Documents findings to ensure proper communication to management.
- Builds effective relationships with business partners and management.
- Reviews practices to ensure compliance with external regulations and internal policies.
- Maintains a comprehensive working knowledge of any department that interacts or serves the dealer client including policies, procedures and systems.
- Supports cross-functional process improvement efforts and provides feedback to other business partners.

Education:
- High school diploma, GED: or equivalent work experience - Required
- Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Preferred
Qualifications:
- 0+ Years Banking/Finance Auto/Customer Service role or related experience required. - Required.
- 0+ Years Financial Services industry experience. - Preferred.
- Demonstrates a broad understanding of data mining best practices, reporting. and data presentation. .
- Ability to focus on details to ensure and maintain data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. .
- Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- Ability to build and foster internal and external relationships.
- Ability to present information or solution in a clear and concise manner. .
- Ability to question, accurately identify a need and present an effective solution.
- Ability to adhere to policies, procedures, and instructions of management. .
- Ability to work effectively as a team member.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. .

What Else You Need To Know:
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

$38,250.00 USDMaximum:
$63,000.00 USDRisk Culture:
