The Difference You Make:
The Manager, Business Management leads and supports a range of efforts critical to the organization's ability to advance strategic priorities as well as planning and implementing a range of large scale projects. The incumbent monitors effectiveness of business operations, assesses quality of service and makes recommendations to improve operations. S/he gathers, compiles and analyzes data, and prepares reports of findings and analysis. Makes recommendations to senior management for operational changes.
- Provides consultation and coordination of business/system requirements, test script development, test script execution, issue management and risk management aspects for system implementations.
- Manages day-to-day operations including key reporting, deadlines, and serves as the initial point of escalation to ensure issues are documented and resolved timely, or escalated further as appropriate.
- Establishes appropriate process controls to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Maintains and/or creates process maps and workflows for supported applications to comply with audit and risk standards.
- Implements analytical initiatives that deliver tangible process, product, people and/or technology improvements.
- Optimizes business results and client satisfaction through advanced research and analytic tools and techniques.
- Gathers information and reports on department strategic initiatives and projects (i.e. to senior leaders, decision-making bodies and workstream owners).
- Identifies and escalates key decision points.
- Ensures adherence to enterprise and departmental governance models.
- Prepares agendas, facilitates meetings, documents key decisions and action items, and ensures timely follow-up for monthly governance meetings.
- Executes effective change management plans and projects related to driving organizational alignment and effectiveness.
- Identifies areas to streamline processes to support increased efficiency, capacity creation and continuous improvement across the organization.

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required
Qualifications:
- 5+ Years Relevant business planning, project and financial experience. - Required.
- Strong team player with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to operate at both a strategic as well as a tactical level.
- Successful track record of building strong relationships.
- MS Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
- Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department.
- Ability to determine and report priorities/metrics to senior management.
- Ability to manage multiple small to medium sized projects simultaneously.
- Ability to research, analyze, document, and present organizational metrics that drive business decisions.
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as, effective influencing skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of banking industry: products, services, operational policies, and procedures.
- Knowledge and understanding of risk management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.

What Else You Need To Know:
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

$93,750.00 USDMaximum:
$175,000.00 USDRisk Culture:
