The Difference You Make:
The Associate, Dealer Quality Transformation will support maintaining the operation of the Dealer Quality department which includes but not limited to the following: Subject Matter Experts to translate LOB problems into requirements, process changes, test cases, data mapping, etc. The incumbent manages/assists with updating/creating business requirements and process documentation to create automated solutions. Incorporating automation to enhance Dealer monitoring capabilities, leading to quicker identification of issues. In addition, Associate, Dealer Quality Transformation will conduct analysis and interpreting dealers' portfolio performance trends; assessing dealer quality review effectiveness; end-to-end process analysis and design with an understanding of technical and operating challenges and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment.
The Associate, Dealer Quality Transformation drives consensus on complex business solutions, demonstrates the capability to analyze business and technical requirements, and develops solutions to address the requirements. The Associate, Dealer Quality and Transformation compiles and reports data to Executive Management adhering to policy and procedures. Emerging talent with Python/SQL experience; Working knowledge of Power BI; Process Engineering/Process Flows; Data Analysis; Snowflake.
Services which includes but not limited to the following:
Conducting dealer performance reviews for analyzing and interpreting dealers' portfolio data.
Assess, develop, and execute a plan to implement business transformation and automation solutions including transition of reporting to Power BI and ongoing maintenance.
Leveraging digital transformation to meet operational performance; Exploring intelligent automation as a tool for achieving strategic goal.
Analyzing and interpreting dealers' portfolio data.
Identifies, assesses, and documents business and functional requirements, recommending business priorities, and advising business on options, risks, and costs.
Defines, develops, documents, and measures business processes and/or tools to ensure the highest level of efficiency and quality is achieved through business transformation and automation solutions while reducing support costs.
Follows all standard operating procedures, guidelines, and best practices to produce valid and reliable quality data for the department.
Maintains a comprehensive working knowledge of any department that interacts or serves the dealer client including policies, procedures, and systems.
Supports cross-functional process improvement efforts and provides feedback to other business partners.
Utilizes creative methods to generate results and to foster teamwork.
Identifies trends and or low performing areas of the business.
Participates in team related activities and meetings.
Manages performance and reviews of all Dealer Partners information.

Bachelor's Degree : Business, Finance, Communications or equivalent degree. - Preferred.
Equivalent work experience:: Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. - Required
5+ Years Banking/Finance Auto/Customer Service role or related experience required. - Preferred.
Emerging talent with Python/SQL experience; Working knowledge of Power BI; Process Engineering/Process Flows; Data Analysis.
Demonstrated leadership and management skills, including training and mentoring skills to coach the staff.
Excellent communication, negotiation, sales and closing skills a must.
Strong industry/product knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer skills - Internet , Word, Excel.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.

What Else You Need To Know:
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

$56,250.00 USDMaximum:
$95,000.00 USDRisk Culture:
