The Difference You Make:


The Staff, Corporate Services is a multitasking individual that provides general administrative, database, and special events support.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact at the Corporate Services/Mailroom service window, providing exceptional customer service to employees, vendors, and visitors.
  • Receive, sort, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and overnight deliveries.
  • Assist employees with package pickup, mail distribution, and shipping requests while ensuring timely and accurate service.
  • Lift, move, and transport packages and office supplies weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the facility.
  • Make multiple daily trips throughout the building, including retrieving and delivering packages between floors.
  • Maintain inventory of mailroom and office supplies; monitor stock levels and place supply orders as needed.
  • Organize and maintain secure storage areas for packages, supplies, and incoming deliveries.
  • Operate shipping and mail processing equipment while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of package deliveries, shipments, and inventory transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve mail, package, and delivery inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe mailroom environment.
  • Support special projects and additional Corporate Services responsibilities as assigned.

Education:

  • High school diploma, GED: or equivalent work experience - Required


Qualifications:

  • 0+ Years - Required.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and making frequent trips throughout the building during the workday.
  • Reliable attendance is required, as this position is 100% on-site and supports daily business operations.
  • Experience with mailroom, shipping/receiving, logistics, or inventory management is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • This is a full-time, in-office position.
  • Requires frequent walking throughout the facility, including travel between floors.
  • Requires regular lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of packages and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Requires standing for extended periods while assisting customers at the mailroom service window.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range:

Minimum:

$32,250.00 USD

Maximum:

$51,000.00 USD
