The Difference You Make:
The Sr Specialist, Commercial Loan Servicing is responsible for supporting all Back Office related activities covering all aspects of their aligned product/business area to ensure the efficient delivery of all products and services (i.e. interpreting credit agreements related to various loan/fee accruals, calculations as well as ongoing/ad-hoc reconciliation and remediation, for commercial loan/letter of credit products, which include new loans, modifications and extensions.) to the Bank’s clients while developing and maintaining direct contact and good working relationships with existing clients and internal stakeholders.
- Accurately input loan data, terms, and conditions into the bank’s loan booking systems based on approved documentation.
- Review loan documents (e.g., credit agreements, promissory notes) for completeness and accuracy prior to booking.
- On boarding of new commercial loans, renewals and modifications, ensuring all required fields are populated correctly.
- Verify the integrity of data entered, cross-referencing with source document
- Support the team in researching and resolving discrepancies or data entry issues.
- Learn and apply internal policies, procedures, and basic regulatory guidelines related to commercial loan servicing
- Collaborate with managers to understand and improve booking/servicing workflows.
- Assist with departmental administrative functions and special projects as needed.

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required
Qualifications:
- 2+ Years Experience with commercial loan operations. - Required.
- Excellent communication, good organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Solid knowledge/skills of Microsoft Office Suite and various bank systems.
- Ability to adapt quickly and be a team player.
- Working knowledge in Commercial Banking.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of the Syndicated and Commercial Loan products and markets.
- Ability to review and interpret legal documentation supporting these products.
- In depth knowledge of market initiatives to streamline and automate Middle Office support functions.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for Syndicated and Commercial loans .
- Knowledge of Banking Regulations and Standard Practices.
- Expertise in continuously reviewing workflow and the ability to functionalize ideas for organizational change. Also, ensure all departmental structural and procedural changes are implemented where necessary.
- Ability to clearly convey complex concepts and issues in a concise way.

What Else You Need To Know:
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

$63,750.00 USDMaximum:
$107,500.00 USDRisk Culture:
