Client Updates
• Update and maintain client information in the T-24 system.
• Input customer data into relevant systems and verify documentation, including signatures.
• Assist in adding or updating client party relationships.
• Support the processing of client Risk Profile Tests.
• Create and update client security procedures.
Deceased Accounts Processing
• Review and verify death certificates and supporting documentation.
• Notify appropriate teams to proceed with deceased account coding.
• Identify potential U.S. situs cases and request required documentation.
• Verify affidavits and coordinate with Client Updates to remove deceased parties.
New Accounts & Portfolios
• Assist in setting up new client portfolios and verifying documentation.
• Create new accounts within client portfolios.
• Support the completion of Risk Profile Tests.
Account & Portfolio Closures
• Enter account closure information into T-24.
• Apply manual fees related to account closures.
• Process the closure of accounts, portfolios, and client records.
Wire Transfer Verification
• Verify client signatures for wire transfer instructions.
Listed Options
• Review listed options documentation.
• Assist in creating GLCS codes and setting up listed options accounts.
Lending Value
• Verify lending value opt-in/opt-out documentation and supporting summaries.
Time Deposit
• Support review of time deposit transactions processed through Appian.
• Ensure required approvals and relationship manager involvement are in place.
• Assist in validating transaction details recorded in T-24 via Appian.
• Contribute to maintaining accurate and centralized transaction records.
What Else You Need To Know:
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
