The Difference You Make:
The Specialist, Dealer Advocacy represents and advocates on behalf of the Dealer Client needs and issues cross-departmentally. The incumbent serves as a first point of contact for dealer client calls, requests and shares feedback with the team in the form of enhancements and ideas that would simplify and improve the Dealer Client relationship.
- Acts as a first point of contact for dealer client calls, requests and feedback.
- Documents and presents all dealer client information in a clear and concise manner.
- Advocates dealer client needs and issues cross-departmentally.
- Maintains a comprehensive working knowledge of any department that interacts or serves the dealer client including policies, procedures and systems.
- Builds cohesive resolutions between others to deliver efficient solutions.
- Engages with Dealers through various channels to re-establish value and commitment to services and Company.
- Assists with developing, documenting, and sustaining effective service processes within the department.
- Adheres to policies and procedures, code of ethics and all Federal, State and local laws.
- Researches and shares knowledge in trends and best practices as appropriate to the department.
- Creates a connection and develops rapport with dealer clients to provide outstanding, personalized service.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with clients and internal business partners.
- Shares and presents enhancements and ideas to team that would simplify and improve the Dealer Client relationship.

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required
Qualifications:
- 0+ Years Servicing/Originations role or related experience. - Required.
- Demonstrates a broad understanding of Customer Service/Servicing best practices, identification, resolution and implementation. .
- Ability to adjust to new developments/changing circumstances.
- Ability to build and foster internal and external relationships.
- Ability to present information or solution in a clear and concise manner. .
- Ability to question, accurately identify a need and present an effective solution.
- Ability to adhere to policies, procedures, and instructions of management. .
- Ability to work effectively as a team member.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills. .
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrates ability to confirm and check for understanding of communication.
- Intermediate computer and data entry skills.

It Would Be Nice For You To Have:
- Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
- 2+ Years Servicing/Originations role or related experience.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring employer sponsorship to commence employment.
What Else You Need To Know:
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Minimum:
$39,000.00 USDMaximum:
$62,000.00 USDRisk Culture:
