The Difference You Make:
The Manager, Auction & Inventory Management is responsible for the overall performance of the Lease-End Operations team. Responsibilities include managing domestic and offshore teams, overseeing Lease-End billing activities, operational reporting and controls, researching complex issues, identifying process gaps and resolutions, and partnering across the organization to support accurate and effective Lease-End servicing.
- Manages individual and team performance, including productivity, quality, coaching, development, and performance expectations.
- Oversees Lease-End billing activities and detailed operational reporting to identify discrepancies, trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conducts research within SHAW and other systems to investigate complex account and process issues, including determining and calculating appropriate billing corrections, identifying root causes, and ensuring accurate resolution.
- Monitors control reporting, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), exceptions, and operational metrics to identify risks and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Conducts quality reviews and calibrations of associate work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established procedures.
- Partners across the organization to resolve cross-functional issues and support accurate and effective Lease-End servicing.
- Leads domestic and offshore teams, ensuring alignment on procedures, service expectations, quality, and operational priorities.
- Facilitates team meetings, training, and one-on-one coaching sessions with direct reports.
- Ensures adherence to company policies, procedures, operational controls, and compliance requirements.
- Provides leadership with reporting and insights on team performance, operational trends, controls, risks, and areas requiring attention.
- Supports continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational effectiveness, controls, and the Lease-End customer experience.

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of auto finance, servicing, Lease-End, or related financial services experience – Required.
- 5+ Years Auto Finance industry experience. - Required.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to coach, provide feedback, facilitate team discussions, and support associate development.
- Ability to effectively lead and engage domestic and offshore teams while promoting accountability, collaboration, and consistent performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research complex operational and billing issues, identify root causes, and determine appropriate resolutions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret account activity, itemized billing, operational reporting, and supporting documentation.
- Experience working with operational controls, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), quality monitoring, or other risk and control reporting.
- Strong systems aptitude with the ability to navigate multiple systems and conduct detailed account and transaction-level research.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to analyze and reconcile large data sets, create and interpret reports, and identify trends, discrepancies, and exceptions.
- Ability to identify process gaps, assess operational impacts, and partner with appropriate stakeholders to drive resolution and process improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead team meetings, training, calibrations, and coaching sessions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and effectively.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Ability to establish effective cross-functional partnerships and influence outcomes across the organization.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, appropriately escalate risk and operational concerns, and maintain confidentiality.

What Else You Need To Know:
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

$58,125.00 USDMaximum:
$97,500.00 USDRisk Culture:
