The Difference You Make:
This initiative supports the integration of Webster Bank into Santander Bank, which will require the consolidation of technology platforms and systems across the combined organization. The scope includes integration efforts across Digital Channels, Branch Operations, Core Banking, Payments, and Corporate Functions.
As part of the integration, several SBNA applications will be migrated to Webster technology platforms. Given that the Group owns several critical applications, this role will serve as the primary liaison between the local U.S. teams and the Global teams to ensure alignment, coordination, and successful delivery of integration activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Support all phases of the integration program, including:
Legal Day 1 (legal entity integration)
Employee Day 1
Customer Day 1, where the majority of technology and operational changes will occur.
Serve as the single point of contact for Group teams participating in the program.
Manage Group team engagement, coordination, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
Own and be accountable for GetNet-related deliverables.
Represent the Group in key leadership and governance meetings, providing updates, driving decisions, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
Coordinate technology integration activities between local and global teams to ensure successful execution of critical milestones.
Ideal Experience
Experience managing and coordinating technical teams at a global level
Deep knowledge of Payments and Core Banking platforms, which are critical components of the conversion effort
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple organizations and levels of leadership
Experience working in complex, large-scale technology transformation or integration programs
Prior experience working in the United States banking environment, including familiarity with the country's complex regulatory landscape, is highly preferred
This role requires a combination of technical expertise, program leadership, stakeholder management, and global coordination skills to help ensure a successful integration between Webster Bank and Santander Bank.

Type: Onsite and Remote
Project Duration: US two weeks per month for no more than 183 days in a rolling 12- month period. This may extend into 18 months
GENERAL INFORMATION OF THE PROGRAM:
Participation in MUNDO program can be full-time or part-time, and face to face or remote.However, the following assignments will not be allowed: a) International + face-to-face + part time; b) International + remote + medium term (7 to 24 months).
If participation in a project implies an international movement, the participant will receive the corresponding international assignment package (work permit, travel, accommodation, daily allowance/COLA, medical insurance) and in case of assignment for more than 6 months, they will also receive: intermediate travel and tax advisory.
Remember that all international assignments must always comply with immigration rules, and if a work permit is needed, the process with immigration authorities takes time.
What Else You Need To Know:
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
