The Difference You Make:
The Specialist, Sales & Service Support coordinates efforts within Sales Performance teams ensuring the effective execution of sales performance programs. The incumbent ensures appropriate communication to the field, coordinates visit structures for sales performance teams, as well as creates materials for presentations and workshops. In addition, s/he coordinates field calls, webinars, builds agendas and PowerPoints to create a cohesive message for the network.

  • Collaborates with communications team on sales elements that need to be communicated to the field.
  • Works on maintaining legal approval for all documents developed throughout the group to maintain compliance for all network materials.
  • Works with legal and maintains compliance on all resources for the group.
  • Collaborates with regions and Sales Performance leads on network initiatives to maintain the schedules of the group.
  • Works with the communication and marketing team to coordinate all documents and development tools.
  • Coordinates communication efforts between the sales performance teams inclusive of webinars, agendas, PowerPoints and various presentations.

Education:

  • Associate’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required


Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, sales related occupations. - Required.
  • Travel to attend business meetings in the New England Region - Required.
  • Excellent follow through and attention to detail.
  • Skilled at coordinating multiple projects within tight timelines.
  • Strong PowerPoint and excel skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to work independently.

Certifications:

  • Other: License/Certification/Designation: ChFC, CLU, other industry designations desirable - Preferred.

It Would Be Nice For You To Have:

  • Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.

Work Authorization & Sponsorship:
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring employer sponsorship to commence employment.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range:

Minimum:

$44,250.00 USD

Maximum:

$77,000.00 USD
