The Difference You Make:
The Sr. Director, Corporate Strategy will be responsible for consolidating and coordinating the new business and portfolio management decision making process for Auto Lending, supporting the robust and insightful discussion around new initiatives, strategic changes to existing initiatives, and portfolio monitoring. The individual will be working on process design and execution, coordination of information between functions and the application of analytical rigor to support decision making and prioritization.

  • Building strong partnerships with the cross-functional program teams in order to enable effective implementation.

  • Improving internal and external reporting for strategic relationships

  • Providing analyses to drive the discussion on new and ongoing businesses.

  • Ensure effective communication within teams, across functions, through sub-teams, and to key stakeholders throughout the organization, including senior management.

  • Develop & maintain high performing teams.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Finance, Accounting, Statistics or equivalent degree. - Required.

  • Master's Degree: Finance, Accounting, Statistics or equivalent degree. - Preferred.


Qualifications:

  • 10+ Years Process design and process leadership - Required.

  • 7+ Years Experience dealing with internal and external customers at a senior level - Required.

  • Self-motivated, self-confident individual who is comfortable operating with minimal direction and who thrives in a dynamic environment as a leader influencing change.

  • Structured, with strong planning and process leadership skills and with a systematic, logical approach to work.

  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility among senior management and peers to gain commitment and support for major initiatives while placing company’s interests first.

  • Ability to be involved at various levels and willingness to “roll up one’s sleeves” to do whatever it takes to drive results; not hindered by protocol or process.

  • Mission-driven individual with strong levels of perseverance; works toward both individual and team goals.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to recognize key priorities and think ahead.

  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of financial investment concepts.

  • Advanced in Microsoft office products - Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range:

Minimum:

$172,500.00 USD

Maximum:

$300,000.00 USD
