The Difference You Make:

Position Summary:

The IT Service and Deliver Director maximizes the business value of our global and local initiatives, ensuring effective alignment of IT investment with business requirements.Ensures delivery of IT projects on-time, with quality and in compliance with all required regulations (internal and external).Enforces a formal promotion process for applications to go into live environment. Business analysis to define specific requirements and scopes of new initiatives requested by business areas. Drives the Application Support function for business solutions/systems in production by partnering with global resources and vendors. Responsible for the Help Desk and Client Support functions. Defines and generates KPIs to measure quality and continuous improvement; top quality customer service.

The IT Service and Delivery Director report to the CIO.

  • • Define, implement and manage IT processes to maintain an effective IT governance
  • • Implement resolution to internal/external audit recommendations
  • • Manage the Application Support function and applications promotion to live environment
  • • Partner with Technical and Client Support teams
  • • Collaborate and negotiate with external partners to support systems operations
  • • Partner with business areas to identify improvement areas/key projects to define clear requirements and manage deliverables on-time and on budget
  • • Define and agree SLAs with business partners
  • • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations and establish/update IT processes
  • • Managed and control the Budget of the department
  • • Project Management for specific IT/Business initiatives
  • Team Development/Management
  • • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the team including budgeting, planning and staff development.
  • • Recruit and manage an appropriate team to support the development and execution of the strategy.
  • • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality and good practices.
  • • Mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach on a consistent basis.
  • • Establish and monitor staff performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities, conduct annual performance appraisals.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested by immediate supervisor

What You Bring:

• Project Management Methodology, Development Lifecycle, Agile Project Management methodology

• IT Governance: processes design and implementation based on IT best practices (ITIL, COBIT, etc.)

• Regulatory compliance: Federal Reserve, FINRA, FATCA, OCC, etc.; auditing process management

• Systems architecture and integration management: Applications, HW, SW, communications, IT security, etc., to be able to lead and implement end-to-end business solutions through IT

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience

Business Experience:

7-10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated required level of proficiency

Supervisory / Management Scope:

Manage employees

Technical Knowledge:

Business Analysis, Systems and applications design, implementation and support. Business intelligence (ETL, Data Warehouse, CRM). Security and user administration. Development lifecycle.

Licenses / Certifications:

Desirable certification in Project Management (PMP), Governance methodologies (ITIL, COBIT, etc.)

Languages:

Fluent in English and Spanish   

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range:

Minimum:

$127,500.00 USD

Maximum:

$230,000.00 USD
