The Jr. Relationship Analyst is responsible to perform client service tasks in a well-organized and timely manner, having a complete understanding of bankers and clients' needs. 

The Jr. Relationship Analyst operates under the supervision of the RAC in providing day-to-day client service.
 The individual possesses strong organizational and communication skills.
The Relationship Analyst provides support to one or more Bankers, being responsible to perform client service tasks in a well-organized and timely manner, having a complete understanding of bankers and the clients' needs.

Customer Service
•    Assist clients with account inquiries, including balances, loans, transfers, bill payments, and credit/debit card processes.
•    Guide clients through application processes, checkbook/cashier check requests, and any other client inquiries.
•    Accompany clients during in-person transactions.
•    Handle complaint resolution with the assistance of banker / manager.  

Administrative Support
•    Prepare documentation for onboarding processes (Appian/DocuSign) and presentations for Bankers’ business trips .
•    Manage daily email correspondence, calls, and liaise with clients on account updates and instructions.
•    Maintain updated client records, reports, and ensure E-banking status and documentation compliance.
•    Handle new account openings, updates, and closures via DocuSign and Appian.

Wire Transfers & Credit Operations
•    Process and follow up on wire transfer requests.
•    Coordinate loan documentation with Credit Risk, Appian Credit Proposals, assist with reports, and manage overdraft monitoring and resolution.
Investments
•    Update client investment profiles and assist with proposals, online POs and manual POs in Globus. 
•    Initiate and execute FX transactions: verify client info, confirm exchange rates, and process in Globus.

Back Office
•    Ensure completion of client transactions with Operations, handle account and portfolio maintenance, process fees and concessions, and manage securities transfers.
•    Follow up on corporate actions, make sure to use Appian workflows. Manage capital calls.

Controls & Compliance
•    Daily: Review Morning Movement and overdraft reports; prepare activity reports.
•    Weekly: Monitor credit reports, expired/maturing loans, Time Deposits, and client documentation.
•    Monthly/Quarterly: Manage dormant account activation, fee assessments, and support special compliance projects (e.g., FATCA, RFIs, RFDs).

Digital Transformation
•    Promote and utilize digital tools such as DocuSign, Veridas, Mobile Apps, Online Transfers, and Digital POs in line with bank initiatives.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in (Req)
in

Work Experience:
Customer service, Business process, or Project Management experience, 0-3 years (Req)
Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word), 0-3 years (Req)

Skills and Abilities:
Proven customer service/relations skills
Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal)
Well organized, detail oriented and exceptional problem solving and follow-through skills
Must be able to work independently, prioritize projects, and follow through on deadlines
Ability to operate a wide range of office technology, such as operating a multi-line telephone system, computer, copier and fax machine.
Strong analytical and problems solving skills
Motivated to achieve results through teamwork and collaboration
Ability to exercise sound judgment and make prudent decisions

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occassional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range:

Minimum:

$45,000.00 USD

Maximum:

$80,000.00 USD
