The Difference You Make:
The Corporate Access team is responsible for supporting the firm's corporate access strategy and client engagement efforts throughout the assigned region, targeting institutional investors and corporate clients.
Support the firm's Corporate Access efforts in the U.S. for institutional investors and corporate clients.
Partners with Research, Sales, Trading, Investment Banking, and Corporate Banking teams to identify and execute strategic client engagement opportunities.
Coordinate corporate management meetings, non-deal roadshows, investor conferences, field trips, and thematic events.
Develops and executes corporate access programs designed to enhance client engagement and support revenue-generating opportunities.
Develops and maintains relationships with corporate executives, investor relations professionals, and institutional investors.
Oversee event planning, scheduling, logistics, budgeting, and post-event analysis.
Ensures all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in Corporate Access, Investor Relations, Equity Research, Institutional Sales, Investment Banking, or related financial services experience – Required.
Demonstrated expertise in capital markets and investor engagement.
Strong relationship management, negotiation, and business development skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
Ability to influence and drive complex initiatives with internal stakeholders.
Ability to travel as required.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish & Portuguese – Preferred
Experience covering Latin American clients and investors – Preferred
It Would Be Nice For You To Have
Established network among institutional investors, corporate executives, and investor relations professionals.
Experience managing large-scale investor conferences and roadshows.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required
Master's Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Preferred

What Else You Need To Know:
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
