The Difference You Make:
The CRE Multifamily Relationship Manager Analyst has direct client responsibility for the most complex portfolio and proactively supports existing and new client acquisition activities.
- Manages a commercial real estate portfolio.
- Consults with customers in all aspects of servicing the portfolio, takes appropriate action to manage and retain the portfolio.
- Assists in marketing strategies that are used to sell Santander's CRE products and services.
- Establishes plans of action (parameters with dates that must be filled) for properties/loans with problems.
- Assists in the coordination of the credit approval process.
- Gather information, evaluate options and offer viable solutions.

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required
Qualifications:
- 3+ Years Banking experience.
- 3+ Years Servicing commercial real estate loans.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent relationship building skills at all levels in an organization.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to identify specific knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for satisfactory execution of the position’s primary duties & responsibilities.
- Strong Microsoft office skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail oriented, common sense decision\-making.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment.

What Else You Need To Know:
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

$65,625.00 USDMaximum:
$102,500.00 USDRisk Culture:
