The Difference You Make:
The Sr. Analyst, Risk Management is responsible for various activities relating to risk management performance. They work to identify, assess and action various risks throughout the assigned business line by executing defined risk programs. Additionally, the incumbent executes, reviews, or evaluates controls via a quality program and participates in initiatives and recommends opportunities for improved efficiency, effectiveness and/or risk reduction.
Identifies and assess Climate, emerging risk and various risks throughout the assigned business line by executing defined risk programs.
Executes, reviews, or evaluates controls via a quality program and participates in initiatives and recommends opportunities for improved efficiency, effectiveness and/or risk reduction.
Reports (MIS and engagements) and escalates as necessary to risk management team (including 2nd line of defense).
Helps drive cultural awareness and education of risk management practices.
Collaborates with various stakeholders while influencing parties toward strategic goals.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required.
Professional Experience:
3+ Years in Banking or Financial Services Risk Management - Required.
Skills:
Advanced understanding of inherent risk and control practices, with the ability to perform periodic analyses and deliver high-quality insights for senior management reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Outlook.
Strong knowledge of market risk principles, concepts, and policies, with the ability to apply both theoretical and practical frameworks.
Advanced quantitative and analytical capabilities, with an investigative and data-driven mindset.
Ability to analyze risk, identify issues, and recommend actionable solutions to mitigate exposure.
Ability to interpret, analyze, and apply data to support decision-making.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly summarize, document, and present complex information.
Ability to effectively communicate instructions, articulate issues, and document findings with clarity and precision.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Ability to build and maintain strong internal relationships across stakeholders.
Adaptability to shifting priorities and changing project demands.
Commitment to staying current with industry best practices, procedures, and emerging techniques.

What Else You Need To Know:
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

$65,625.00 USDMaximum:
$110,000.00 USDRisk Culture:
