The Difference You Make:
Whole Loan Transaction Management, Due Diligence, and Asset Management involves managing the process of buying/selling whole loans, ensuring compliance, and verifying loan data accuracy, and managing third parties. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Whole Loans Due Diligence – track, report, analyze and cure loan due diligence findings based on compliance, credit, title, valuation, servicing data, and collateral
Coordinate and prepare diligence findings, reporting, material preparation, and curative actions for third party RMBS securitization underwritings between counterparties, legal counsel, vendors, rating agencies, servicers, and custodians
Identify and target high-risk issues to make suitable recommendations to trading desk for re-pricing / drop adjustments for whole loan acquisitions and sales and for third parties via advisory agreements
Lead internal effort to review and negotiate all deal documentation and create subsequent exhibits, prepare funding schedules, and review and interpret diligence findings in coordination with the trading desk and external counsel for pricing and settlement of whole loan acquisition and sale transactions
Organized and monitored due diligence activities, servicing transfers, loan document transfers, and operations between internal groups, vendors, servicers, and custodians while communicating progress and collaborating with counterparties from bid through settlement
Vendor Management – work with the internal legal, procurement and information security teams to onboard new vendors and to monitor vendor performance.
Oversee the inventory of mortgage loan collateral held on the firm’s repo financing lines, as well as whole loan owned assets.
Ensure that potential funding pools are in compliance with established facility concentration and risk limits.
Ensure good communication with traders, risk, legal, and outside clients to control the risks associated with the funding process.
Oversee due diligence process, including managing third-party vendors' review efforts
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of residential real estate
Ability to work in a fast-paced culture
Strong leadership and project management skills
Demonstrated abilities of meeting deadlines, being self-motivated, having attention to detail, and executing at a high level

- Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
What Else You Need To Know:
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
