The Difference You Make:
The Director, IT Infrastructure ATMs is responsible for the end-to-end management, support, reliability, availability, and operational performance of the Company's ATM infrastructure and related services. This role provides single-point leadership for ATM technology operations across monitoring, incident response, Level 1 and Level 2 support, vendor management, patching, vulnerability remediation, asset controls, hardware and software lifecycle. The Director partners closely with Retail, Operations, Information Security, Risk, Technology Infrastructure, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the ATM fleet remains secure, resilient, compliant, and aligned to business needs. Spanish bi-lingual skills are preferred.
- Owns end-to-end ATM support, including daily monitoring, incident management, escalations, service restoration, and continuous service improvement.
- Leads ATM infrastructure operations across endpoint management, operating systems, application dependencies, network connectivity, security controls, patching, vulnerability remediation, asset lifecycle, and service continuity.
- Oversees internal teams and outsource partners to sustain and improve business trust by advancing the use of performance indicators to measure service levels, reliability, availability, responsiveness, and overall ATM service performance.
- Manages ATM IT infrastructure budgets, vendor maintenance contracts, asset refresh plans, technology lifecycle, to materially enhance Santander's operational performance and risk posture.
- Ensures high levels of ATM fleet performance and availability, with clear ownership of availability metrics, aging outages, recurring faults, and remediation plans.
- Provides leadership for ATM patching, vulnerability management, compliance evidence, audit support, and remediation governance in alignment with security standards, risk expectations, and enterprise policies.
- Leads service transition and operational readiness for new ATM installations, moves including hardware, software, security capabilities, monitoring enhancements, vendor changes, and emerging technologies.
- Establishes, implements, and ensures compliance with operational controls, security standards, asset controls, and support processes required for a highly available ATM environment.
- Provides leadership, mentoring, and coaching to team members, building a high-performance, accountable, and service-oriented ATM infrastructure support organization.
- Implements continuous improvement by using balanced scorecards, service metrics, root-cause analysis, external benchmarks, and trend analysis to reduce outages, improve availability, and eliminate performance variability.
- Develops and presents executive-level reporting, risk summaries, remediation plans, and recommendations on ATM infrastructure performance, operational risks, service health, and investment priorities.

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required
- Master's Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Preferred
Qualifications:
- 9+ Years Successful experience in building and managing Technology Infrastructure and Operational environments. - Required.
- 9+ Years Experience managing vendors, installation teams, removal teams, and property requirements. - Required.
- Technical expertise in multiple infrastructure platforms supporting distributed, high-availability environments.
- Experience supporting ATM, branch, retail banking, self-service, endpoint, or similar field technology environments.
- Demonstrated project management experience, including service transition, remediation planning, and delivery governance.
- Ability to build and maintain high performance teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead in an open team-based environment.
- IT budgeting and financial management.
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions and recommendations on complex issues and present to senior management.
- Understands infrastructure, network, security, endpoint, monitoring, and related technologies required to support a secure and highly available ATM environment.
- Excellent problem solving, decision making, and prioritization skills balancing multiple demands in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, quality, and follow-through; commitment to continuous improvement and the elimination of performance variability.
- Demonstrated ability to think analytically and independently, providing the thought leadership necessary to introduce incremental and evolutionary change.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to rapidly changing requirements with a flexible and creative approach to brainstorming, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
- Advanced knowledge and skills across networks, servers, endpoint platforms, monitoring tools, security, asset management, and other related disciplines.
- Advanced knowledge of systems architectures and information security practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work under high pressure situations calmly.
- Strong and efficient problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Spanish bi-lingual skills preferred

What Else You Need To Know:
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

$138,750.00 USDMaximum:
