The Difference You Make:
The Head of End User Technology is a critical role responsible for the strategy, delivery, and support of all employee-facing technology, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, collaboration tools, and workplace applications and whole Office 365 environment. They ensure systems are secure, compliant with financial regulations, and resilient against cyber threats while enabling productivity across branches, offices, and remote environments. This includes IT support and engineering teams, managing vendor relationships, and driving transformation initiatives.
- Provide tactical oversight in the management of people and operational resources, ensuring successful delivery of services.
- Serves as escalation point for and communicates with cross functional teams, provides updates, and root cause analysis to executive management in support of the continuous improvement initiatives through quantitative metrics.
- Promotes a digital enterprise mindset by proactively engaging peers and business partners on new innovations and capabilities that provide tangible business value.
- Evaluates individual and team performance and provides opportunities for career development, teamwork and continual service improvement.
- Participate in the establishment of department goals and implement procedures and performance standards to achieve these goals.
- Identify opportunities and develop strategies to increase user satisfaction.
- Responsible for establishing a planning process for the review of performance and capacity of IT resources.
- Responsible for prioritizing and planning IT operations control activities.
- Oversees system administration functions such as installation, customization and maintenance of the operating system and system software products in support of business processing requirements.

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required
Qualifications:
- 9+ Years Experience with client (PC) technologies and support services. - Required.
- Identifies opportunities and creates sound financial business cases based on technical knowledge and expertise and understanding of client needs.
- Possess deep domain expertise across a broad range of applications/products and adjacent systems / internal business systems.
- Experience setting business strategy within software development environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confident, articulate presentation skills.
- Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership potential with strong relationship building skills.

What Else You Need To Know:
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

$123,750.00 USDMaximum:
$215,000.00 USDRisk Culture:
