The Difference You Make:

The Technical Program Manager Lead will act as the senior coordination and governance leader for North America Stabilization initiatives, ensuring effective management of cross-platform demand, technical delivery dependencies, structural issues, executive reporting and stakeholder alignment across Santander US and SDS Global Tech Hub. This role requires Bi-lingual Spanish skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead governance of North America Stabilization initiatives.
  • Coordinate all Technical Program Managers across US and Mexico.
  • Establish escalation mechanisms and governance standards.
  • Oversee cross-platform demand execution and prioritization.
  • Consolidate executive reporting, RAID logs and steering committee materials.
  • Identify structural issues and coordinate remediation plans.
  • Monitor delivery progress across all workstreams and platforms.

Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
  • Bilingual, proficient in Spanish
  • 10+ years in Program Management.
  • 5+ years managing complex infrastructure or transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working across global delivery organizations.
  • Financial services experience preferred.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range:

Minimum:

$135,000.00 USD

Maximum:

$220,000.00 USD
