The Difference You Make:

The Technical Program Manager will act as the primary coordination point between assigned technical platforms, Product Owners, platform teams and Santander US stakeholders, ensuring effective execution of initiatives, active management of dependencies, identification of structural issues and preparation of governance reporting. This role requires Bi-lingual Spanish skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate execution of assigned initiatives across technical platforms.
  • Track milestones, commitments and delivery plans.
  • Identify and manage cross-platform dependencies.
  • Maintain RAID logs and workstream governance reports.
  • Coordinate Product Owners, Platform Leads and SMEs.
  • Escalate blockers impacting delivery timelines.
  • Support remediation planning for structural issues.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish skills required
  • 5+ years in Project or Program Management.
  • Experience coordinating infrastructure or technology delivery initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring employer sponsorship to commence employment.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range:

Minimum:

$105,000.00 USD

Maximum:

$175,000.00 USD
