Duties: Provide end-to-end oversight and project management of strategic information technology initiatives to modernize Santander’s Payments infrastructure, introduce new customer-facing payment solutions, expand and launch payments ecosystem in international markets and conduct financial/non-financial results analysis. Lead roadmap and timelines definition, business case development, stakeholder alignment and cross-functional initiatives. Leverage expertise in banking products and functions, global go-to-market strategies and team structuring across borders to lead large-scale agile projects with diverse stakeholders across Business, Product, IT and Operations functions. Head leadership reporting, contract negotiations and partnership development. Apply advanced modeling, KPI tracking and data-driven decision making to support project investment and prioritization decisions and direct operational outcomes. Oversee performance monitoring, risk management, reporting and general oversight.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or Accounting, plus 5 years of progressive post-Bachelor’s experience in position offered or as Digital Product Owner, Strategy Consultant, Senior Analyst or Manager or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or Accounting, plus 3 years of experience in position offered or as Digital Product Owner, Strategy Consultant, Senior Analyst or Manager. At least 3 years of the required experience must have included: providing end-to-end project oversight of product lifecycle of international payments ecosystem including planning and prioritizing business requirements, tracking deliveries from technical teams, and escalating risks and issues; analyzing and understanding complex data and developing key conclusions and recommendations using advanced modeling and KPI tracking; managing risk assessment for multiple projects; communicating with and reporting to senior management; applying agile and traditional project management methodologies; conducting performance monitoring, risk and incident management; and working with and using tools and technologies including MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), Jira, Confluence, Figma and Quicksight.
Details: Full-time. Must be willing to travel bi-monthly for apprx. 3 days for in-person meetings at company HQ in Boston, MA. This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our Coconut Grove, FL office and flexibility to telecommute from another U.S. location.
