Duties:  Lead the Business Management team within Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) IT organization responsible for governance and oversight of strategic initiatives in various areas including Markets, Banking, Finance, Risk and Compliance. Initiate, lead and/or support projects of high complexity and visibility/impact across the organization. Oversee and contribute to project definition and scope at project level, including project parameters, project data, and the planning, research, analysis, of new and modifications to existing applications and process to provide new or improved capabilities, products and/or services. Develop and maintain expertise in overall business functions, system enhancements, special projects, and daily operational activities of projects. Monitor key milestones and outcomes throughout project lifecycle to ensure adherence to established quality standards. Serve as focal point for external agencies/service providers. Engage with multiple stakeholders and coordinate global resources. Maintain governance for assigned projects, and support development of presentations, dashboards, reports and other project communications and documentation.

Requirements:  Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Digital Transformation, plus 2 years of experience in the position offered or as Finance Project Manager or Project Leader at a bank or financial institution. All required experience must have included: initiating, leading and supporting complex and high visibility projects in the finance or corporate investment banking functions; overseeing development of project definition and project scope at the project level; organizing and defining project parameters and assembling relevant data for the project; participating in planning, research, analysis, development and implementation of new and modifications to existing applications and processes to provide new or improved capabilities, products or services; developing and executing business projects and strategies aimed at long-term planning, investment prioritization, process improvements, cost optimization, and operational scaling; overseeing project budgets, cost management, and financial forecasting using Delivery Hub, Workiva and SAP/Looking Ahead; managing cross-functional teams in different countries; analyzing and evaluating Objectives and Key Results to achieve KPIs; and working with Power BI and Tableau as reporting tools, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and Jira and Kanban for workflow management.

Details:  Full-time. This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our New York, NY office and flexibility to telecommute from another U.S. location.
