Duties:  Perform Product Control and P&L analytics in support of Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) lines of business, serving as the primary liaison between front office stakeholders (Trading and Sales) and control functions (Product Control, Risk, and Finance) to translate business requirements into scalable reporting, controls, and data solutions. Oversee a team of business intelligence professionals responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining dashboards and standardized reporting across Trading, Sales, Product Control, Risk, and Finance to monitor daily P&L, explain drivers and variances, assess valuation impacts, and support management decision-making. Partner with third parties’ leadership to enhance front-to-back P&L transparency, including analysis of sensitivities, reserves, funding/CSA impacts, fees, and lifecycle events, and to improve controls related to pricing, IPV/valuation validation, and reconciliation processes.

Requirements:  Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Research Analysis, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or Finance Technology plus five years of progressive post-Bachelor’s experience in the offered position or as Executive Director, Vice President, Execution Manager, or Senior Manager in the banking/finance sector. All of the required experience must have included leading projects across multiple financial markets including the U.S., Latin America (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia) and Europe, applying knowledge of front-to-back market products, including Credit, Rates, Foreign Exchange (FX), and Securities Finance and applicable regional regulatory and operational frameworks. At least 1 year of the required experience must have included: delivering data-driven solutions and automation supporting Product Control and P&L processes (including daily P&L production, P&L explain/attribution, valuation control, and reconciliations); implementing analytics and statistical techniques (including forecasting algorithms and classification techniques) to support operational and financial decision-making; using Qlik, Tableau, and Power BI to deliver insights across financial and operational domains; using data modeling and database technologies including Impala, Oracle, and Snowflake to support enterprise-level data architecture, analytics, and reporting; programming in Python; and supporting front-to-back trade lifecycle management and controls using Murex, Calypso, Bloomberg, CTM and CLS.
