Duties: Lead the analysis, design, development and maintenance of critical business applications, performing the following specific duties: Oversee and execute systems design and implementation of the most complex design components for strategic and near-term projects of the bank, supporting critical data systems and business functions for expansion enablement, unlocking savings and efficiency, helping the organization to meet strategic and tactical objectives. Create and monitor project plans to deliver projects on time and on budget by working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure adaptability and suitability of requirements through thorough analysis. Oversee, maintain and support existing applications, and provide subject matter expertise in reviewing, analyzing and resolving complex issues such as, but not limited to, runtime and performance bottlenecks, systems compatibility and integrations, data architecture enablement for AI, network connectivity and API issues, and regression and automated testing. Deliver complex code and tools implementation not limited to Linux, Shell scripting, Python, C++, AWS, Informatica, PySpark, Snowflake, AI agents, Power Platform, BI tools, Control-M, across multiple operating systems using cutting edge-technologies and robust computing architectures in production environments. Establish infrastructure standards, requirements and scalable framework that enables systems efficiency with higher throughput, automated testing and self-healing for incidents and errors to allow the organization with higher automation, more reliability and unlock cost savings.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Risk Management or Information Systems, plus 2 years of experience in the position offered or in a Business Control and Risk Management position at a global bank or financial institution. All required experience must include: participating in all stages of software development life cycle, including requirement analysis, solution design, implementation, integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance; working closely with business stakeholders to design solutions that meet business needs; developing code using Linux, Shell scripting, Python, C++, AWS, Informatica, PySpark, Snowflake, AI agents, Power Platform, BI tools, Control-M, and designing, implementing and deploying API workflows using Apigee, Apigee OPDK, Apigee X, and SendGrid.
Details: Full-time. This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our Quincy, MA office and flexibility to telecommute from another U.S. location.
