The Difference You Make:
The Jr. Relationship Analyst supports client service and operational processes under close supervision. This entry-level role focuses on developing foundational knowledge in banking operations, client service, and compliance standards while ensuring timely and accurate support for client needs. The Jr. Relationship Analyst reports to the Senior Relationship Analyst Coordinator.

  • Assist clients with basic inquiries on balances, transfers, loans, and card services.
  • Guide clients through standard applications and accompany them during in-person transactions.
  • Resolve simple issues with supervision and escalate complex or sensitive cases appropriately.
  • Provide consistent, high-quality service aligned with the bank’s standards.
  • Prepare standard onboarding documentation and client forms using Appian and DocuSign.
  • Handle routine client communications, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate recordkeeping.
  • Maintain up-to-date client files, ensuring compliance with documentation and E-banking standards.
  • Support the processing of straightforward account openings, updates, and closures.
  • Enter and track wire transfer requests, escalating irregular or complex cases to higher levels.
  • Assist in preparing loan documentation and monitoring overdrafts under guidance.
  • Update client investment profiles and assist with the preparation of proposals.
  • Execute FX transactions and purchase orders following established verification protocols.
  • Support account and portfolio maintenance, corporate actions, and reconciliation tasks.
  • Review transaction and overdraft reports, monitor credit and loan activities, and manage dormant accounts, fees, and regulatory compliance tasks such as FATCA, RFIs, and RFDs.
  • Promote the use of DocuSign, Veridas, Mobile Apps, and other digital tools.
  • Encourage clients to adopt digital channels and provide feedback on system improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested by immediate supervisor.

Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required

Qualifications:
  • 0+ Years Experience in customer service, preferably in private banking or related industry - Preferred.
  • 0+ Years Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) - Required.
  • 0+ Years Experience in T-24 software - Preferred.
  • 0+ Years Experience using DocuSign and Appian system - Preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proactive, with an ability to suggest improvements.
  • Well organized, detail oriented and exceptional problem solving and follow-through skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal).
  • Bilingual: English, and Spanish. Portuguse is required only if servicing clients from Brazil.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range:

Minimum:

$45,000.00 USD

Maximum:

$80,000.00 USD
