Duties: Collect, organize, and analyze data sets to draw conclusions to maximize efficiency of internal operational processes, to manage risk, and to position the company to better serve clients through enhanced product and solutions offerings. Draw insights from large sets of quantitative data using advanced analytics technologies, systems, and software. Perform analysis and prepare forecasts and recommendations for product preference sales coverage, market penetration, market practices and sales trends. Research market conditions to determine potential sales of a product or solution. Analyze, compile and manage market and economic research on the market for our products and solutions as well as the competitive environment to identify and recommend enhancements to current features and functionality. Partner with internal business partners and leaders to understand current and future analytical goals and develop and deliver data-driven scalable reporting solutions to drive strategic and tactical decisions. Lead market assessments through quantitative analysis and qualitative feedback, create and manage ongoing reporting, and improve and streamline data flow and data quality to optimize data accuracy, viability and value.
Requirements: Master’s in Business Analytics, Statistics or Data Science, plus three years of experience in position offered or a business intelligence, business analysis or business management role in banking or finance sector. All required experience must have included maintaining and monitoring data and databases to ensure the integrity and security of data quality operations; analyzing the quality, accuracy and security of data from databases to drive optimization and process improvement; defining requirements, building analytical data sets, performing data analysis, and delivering analytical solutions; performing extensive data analysis including data profiling and data quality analysis to enhance reporting functionality and automation of processes; and working with tools/technologies, including languages (SQL, PL/SQL, R and Python), databases (MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle SQL Developer, Access Database), and data warehouse/business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS).
Details: Full-time. This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our Dallas, TX office and flexibility to telecommute from another U.S. location.
