The Difference You Make:
The Dealer Floorplan Risk Oversight Manager (Manager, Portfolio Management & Oversight - M5) is responsible for leading the Dealer Floorplan Audit team and overseeing the execution of dealer floorplan audits to ensure the integrity of collateral, compliance with lending agreements, and effective management of portfolio risk. This role provides oversight of audit operations, establishes audit standards, drives continuous process improvement, and partners with internal stakeholders to identify, escalate, and mitigate risks associated with dealer floorplan financing.
Position Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Dealer Floorplan Auditors, providing direction, performance management, and ongoing professional development.
Manage the day-to-day workflow, resource allocation, scheduling, and productivity of the Dealer Floorplan Audit team to ensure timely completion of audits and achievement of service level expectations.
Oversee the execution and quality of physical and virtual dealer floorplan audits, ensuring adherence to established audit methodologies, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor dealer audit results, identify trends and emerging risks, and recommend corrective actions to minimize portfolio exposure and improve audit effectiveness.
Partner with Credit Risk, Portfolio Management, Collections, Sales, Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve audit exceptions, inventory discrepancies, curtailment issues, and other dealer-related risks.
Ensure audit findings are accurately documented, tracked, and escalated in accordance with company policies and risk management standards.
Develop, maintain, and enhance audit procedures, operating guidelines, and quality assurance processes to support a consistent and effective audit program.
Support RCSA testing, internal and external audits, regulatory examinations, and compliance reviews, when required, by serving as the primary point of contact for the Dealer Floorplan Audit function.
Identify opportunities to improve audit processes through technology, data analytics, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls while fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with business leaders to support strategic initiatives, policy enhancements, and portfolio risk mitigation efforts related to dealer floorplan financing.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of work experience, training, military service, or education – Required.
Professional Experience:
5+ years experience in Risk Management, Consumer Operations, Internal Controls, Dealer Floorplan Auditing, Commercial Lending, or a related field – Required.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of operational risk management frameworks, dealer floorplan financing, internal controls, audit methodologies, and portfolio risk management.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and risk management best practices.
Experience identifying, assessing, documenting, and mitigating operational and portfolio risks.
Experience developing, implementing, and enhancing audit procedures, governance processes, and quality assurance programs.
Ability to analyze audit results, identify trends, and recommend effective corrective actions to reduce portfolio risk.
Ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams while driving accountability and performance.
Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail while maintaining a strategic perspective.
Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and regulatory requirements while maintaining a strong sense of urgency.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts.
Ability to foster a proactive risk culture and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

What Else You Need To Know:
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

$97,500.00 USDMaximum:
