The Difference You Make:
The Senior Associate, Product Management (IC4) plays a critical role in advancing product competitiveness, profitability, pricing discipline, capital efficiency, and risk-adjusted performance across Dealer Commercial Services (“DCS”). The Senior Associate bridges product strategy, financial performance, credit risk, portfolio economics, and executive business planning to ensure products are strategically positioned, appropriately priced, financially optimized, and aligned with the organization’s long-term business objectives.
Position Summary
Develop and execute product strategies that enhance competitiveness, profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term financial performance across DCS products.
Lead product-level financial and economic analysis, including profitability, pricing, margin, cost, capital utilization, reserve adequacy, and risk-adjusted return evaluations to support strategic decision-making.
Evaluate product and portfolio performance by analyzing key business drivers such as volume, yield, pricing effectiveness, credit trends, losses, reserves, expenses, capital consumption, and overall profitability.
Partner with Sales, Risk, Finance, Capital, Operations, Technology, and business leadership to optimize product economics, calibrate client pricing, and execute strategic product initiatives.
Develop, maintain, and enhance pricing frameworks and business assumptions by incorporating risk segmentation, expected losses, cost structures, market conditions, and competitive positioning.
Support executive business planning through forecasting, scenario analysis, business cases, strategic recommendations, and executive-level presentations that inform senior leadership decisions.
Drive continuous improvement of product reporting, dashboards, financial models, analytical tools, and performance monitoring capabilities to strengthen business insight and decision quality.
Provide analytical leadership, governance support, and strategic guidance by reviewing analyses, challenging assumptions, ensuring alignment with regulatory and risk standards, and mentoring junior analysts.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education – Required.
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field – Preferred.
Professional Experience
9+ years experience in product management, financial analysis, commercial banking, dealer finance, credit products, pricing strategy, risk management, capital analysis, portfolio analytics, or a related financial services discipline – Required.
Demonstrated experience using SQL to write complex queries from scratch for data extraction, analysis, reporting, and risk management activities – Required.
Experience working with pricing models, credit risk models, reserve analysis, CECL-related business inputs, capital planning, or model governance processes – Required.
Experience with portfolio analytics, forecasting, profitability dashboards, business intelligence tools, or data visualization solutions – Required.
Experience supporting senior leadership, executive committees, or strategic business reviews – Required.
Experience in commercial lending, dealer floor plan financing, auto finance, banking products, pricing strategy, credit risk management, or portfolio profitability analysis – Preferred.

Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial, portfolio, and business performance data.
Experience developing business cases, product plans, pricing recommendations, profitability analyses, forecasts, and strategic decision support materials.
Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, analytical presentations, and data-driven decision-making.
Strong understanding of financial services products, commercial credit, banking economics, and risk management practices.
Ability to partner effectively with Risk, Finance, Capital, Model Governance, Sales, Operations, Technology, and senior business leaders.
Ability to challenge assumptions, identify business implications, and formulate sound recommendations based on data and analysis.
Ability to support, review, and guide work performed by junior analysts.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, intellectual curiosity, and business judgment.
Ability to operate independently while building effective cross-functional partnerships.
Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and executive communication skills.

What Else You Need To Know:
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
